In the midst of the fifth stage of the cross-country Steel Ball Run race, Gyro and Johnny make a break for Lake Michigan when they are suddenly attacked by another Stand user! With their very lives on the line, Gyro and Johnny must learn how to stretch their abilities beyond their limits in order to avoid losing absolutely everything.
